“The Hydrangea” has always been a personal favorite! The bulbous, cloud-like form with its many tiny petals that layer like scales never lose their wonder. This particular hydrangea head was gathered from Valerie’s backyard. It’s soft blue coloring is thanks to a naturally more acidic PH in soil, which shifts hues from year to year. That makes this specific bloom a one-time moment, shaped by that season alone.

Pressed and preserved between hand-cut glass with a twisted copper edge, it captures something fleeting and makes it last. A familiar flower, carefully transformed into something that feels like a timeless heirloom. Simple to hang, easy to love, and crafted to hold its beauty for years to come.
